If a customer would like to cancel a booking, we require a minimum of 48 hours to enable us to cancel and refill the slot available. If it is cancelled same day we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of 50% of the total clean to cover potential lost revenue.
All ovens will be checked upon start and completion of the clean to make sure there are no defects, if a defect is noticed it will be pointed out to the customer both pre and post clean. The client must confirm that it is in sound working order before we leave the property. Please note, that anything can go wrong with an appliance at anytime regardless of age and condition, Because of this we will give a guarantee of 72 hours and if anything happens after that time we hold no accountability. However, If we agree to return after this time a call out charge may be applied to take a look at the appliance.
ALL Appliances MUST be functional in order for us to be able to clean them. Our cleaning methods involve heating the oven to soften the carbon for a better quality clean.
Any job attended where the oven is not operational will be cancelled and our standard late cancellation will apply whereby the standard £20 charge will be in force (this is to cover our time and fuel). There will be no exceptions to this for anyone.
